Tania Le Marinel

Tania Le Marinel is a qualified senior human resources consultant with a Masters Degree in Business Administration.  Tania is also a qualified NLP practitioner and experienced life coach. 

With more than 25 years’ business management experience, Tania has worked in a wide variety of sectors including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, public transport and customer service, including three years' international experience in the Far East.  Tania has also worked extensively in the business sector including providing support, advice and guidance for start-up businesses and business owners.

Specialising in strategic Human Resources, Tania provides a wide range of HR support services to businesses - including writing HR strategies, policies and employee handbooks, as well as carrying out HR audits and skills audits.   With extensive experience in management coaching, Tania can uses skills coaching, action-planning, problem-solving and confidence building techniques to help businesses improve performance. 

Tania is firmly committed to developing and supporting people, both in their  professional and personal lives, and seeks to introduce a coaching culture into every organisation including the design and implementation of coaching and mentoring schemes and coaching training programmes. 

Tania is a qualified psychometric assessor, Pinpoint Facilitator and registered practitioner for HeartMath's Freezeframer^® Interactive Learning System and Emwave coherence coaching system.

In her spare time, Tania enjoys taking part in charity fund-raising projects as a member of Soroptimist International (an international women's organisation providing support to women and girls across the world).  Tania also enjoys ceroc dancing, pub quizzes and is a keen gardener and cook.

Alan Le Marinel

Alan Le Marinel is an expert fraud consultant with more than 20 years' experience in banking and finance.  As an independent management consultant and member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE), Alan has provided strategic advice and support to hundreds of organisations (including small businesses, public institutions and large corporations) on a wide range of issues designed to improve business effectiveness. 

Alan specialises in fraud prevention and detection, strategic management, financial/strategic analysis, preparation of business plans and funding proposals, development of quality systems, financial management and budget preparation as well as marketing analysis and strategy.  On many occasions Alan also undertakes the role of trouble-shooter, quickly identifying and resolving business issues .
